A typical classic modern-build motorway junction hotel next to the M4 and M5 interchange, sitting in the shadow of the RAC headquarters building catering mainly for business travellers. Would be inconvenient for those without a car given its location out of the city behind a business trading estate. Not sure if there's any higher standards here than you'd find in... More

One member of the reception staff walked away, ignoring our presence and engaged in friendly banter with another member of staff leaving us standing and waiting for the second receptionist to deal with us. Otherwise all other staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The facilities are excellent and rooms functional, spacious and clean.

I work in and stay at various hotels all over the UK as part of my work. The Bristol Hilton Hotel, at Bradley Stoke fulfilled all my expectations for this standard of hotel, and in most cases went far beyond what I was expecting. I attended the hotel as part of a family organised event and everyone in the party... More

We had Sunday lunch on a voucher offer at this hotel and could not believe the poor choice offered. It was a buffet meal. The starters were pasta that was more or less plain, potato salad, couscous and tomato with onion. These are dishes normally to accompany not on their own. Vegetables were soggy but meat although only choice of... More

We stayed here on a weekend break purchased through Travelzoo. The offer was very good and we were very pleased with the hotel, but it was about 8 miles from central Bristol. We should really have checked the location before we booked but we just assumed the Bristol Hilton would be in Bristol. Our rooms were very good (Double Deluxe... More

This was an ideal stopover for a two night stay at a reasonable good price offer for a Bank Holiday Weekend. visiting Bath. Cleaner kept replacing the dirty cups, as clean when clearly they weren't. £14.99 per night for WIFI internet! Shocking! Overall a slightly disappointing experience from such a reputable Hotel chain. I've sadly stayed in better Premier Inns.

Stayed with my family on two separate occasions during the half-term holidays to break our journey to Devon/Cornwall.
