Premier Inn Haymarket Bristol We arrived at 9am but the very friendly receptionist still managed to find us a room we opted for the 14 floor room with a view. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful giving us directions. The room temperature was about right all the time. Plenty of towels and soaps/shampoos... more

This hotel had an excellent location in the city centre. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. I was very disappointed when i arrived to check in and found out i had to pay in cash or with a card, even though my company had "paid" when it was booked, apparentely it was just a guarentee.... more

We have just returned from an excellent weekend in Bristol (in spite of the horrible storms) and stayed in a family room on the 4th floor of the 17 storey Premier Inn, Haymarket, we took advantage of the weekend £29 rooms, so our cost for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) was only £58. As I said in the heading, our... more

Noises from nearby rooms kept me awake all night. Booked a room for two nights, but left after one. I was given the room key, went up to my room, but the key didn't work. Had to return to the front desk to get another. Annoying..No iron or ironboard. Nothing to do or see in the area (but maybe thats... more

Would not stay again as parking a nightmare-onsite parking full, only local NCP-not great in wet and windy weather or late at night for female travellers. Room OK-surprising quiet-and as usual the staff were polite and helpful. The vomit on street surrounding approach to hotel was offputting. Convenient for shops. more

Stayed for two nights here and although the appearance looks like a concrete tower block once inside it changes into a hotel. The parking was a problem as by the time we arrived it was full. The hotel was a few minutes walk into the city centre pubs and clubs so ideal The pub attached to it serves great food and... more

I came to this hotel having just a left a not very nice B&B in another part of Bristol. I got into the room and I have to say that it was truly excellent. Clean, good furnishings, smelt nice and very quiet which surprised me as it was in the city centre. I got an excellent night's sleep. I should... more

From the outside this Premier Inn looks quite univiting - it is a concrete tower block, quite tall and narrow! However, as soon as you walk into the reception the standard of decor and the service received are both superb. I stayed with my teenage son in a 'twin' room which consisted a double bed and a single bed -... more

This Premier Inn in Bristol is good value for money. Rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean. The location is not great though, in a rather dull area. more

Stayed here a couple of times when my son has been a patient at Bristol Children's Hospital which is just around the corner from this hotel. Rooms are OK, clean, hairdryer, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Large hotel but no problems with noise, restaurant OK, buffet style breakfast is good with good selection of foods (extra charge though,... more
