The Downs View Guest House was a nice place to stay in a good location. However, we did not appreciate being woken up early on a Saturday morning by a member of staff needing to get the hoover out of our room. Why would they use the bedrooms for storing the hoover? I booked the cheapest room which is on the lower ground floor but despite that i still had a good view of the city. The room was clean clear and airy. .
