Very well located in Clifton, close to bars and restaurants etc. Staff all friendly and helpful, did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our room showed some signs of wear but was clean and comfortable. Tip: bring your own toiletries. more

Managed to get a £15 a night room a for a sat and sun night in august - really cannot complain for that cost! Yes is bit dated but is clean and comfartable, friendly staff and really good breakfast in good location. As others say no lift and steep stairs so take this into consideration. more
