Worst travelodge I've ever stayed in. Had to pay to park despite no fore warning. No tv control in the room so I phoned reception "we'll sometimes they are stolen so not all rooms have controls". Room condition is bare minimum. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgrace

Checked in around 12.20pm to a very frosty reception. Took about 10 minutes for actually give us our room key. Didn't explain where the room was or where we go to get to the room. Asked if a taxi could be booked for us the next day, this was met with a frosty glare. On arrival in our room (a... More

I've stayed here before and I will stay here again when travelling to Bristol, it's not all that bad as others are making it out to be and the location is fantastic. Minutes walk away from great restaurants and pubs. I stayed over the May bank holiday weekend, so the place was buzzing, 3 or 4 hen partys but they... More

Room was clean but we had only 3 pillows between the 2 of us and all 3 were so thin, it was like sleeping on an after eight mint! Unbelievable noise throughout the night from rowdy guests. Had no sleep at all. When I complained in the morning we were offered a free breafkfast but we just wanted to leave.... More

Unfortunately, we stayed here on Bank holiday Monday all of which had a massive influence on our experience. The Travelodge is in a great location just a couple streets away from the riverside next to all the bars and restaurants. Where this makes it a goodt location, it’s also a massive venue for big nights out and stag and hen... More

Arrived at 12 midnight, after long day, inc flight. checked in, crashed out, next morning, found a few things not to our satisfaction, 1.no shampoo.2. no remote control. 3. the mattress was a little too soft, it felt like a water bed. 4. shower wasnt that strong, so when shower was on, water was also coming out of the bath... I have stayed in lots of travel lodges, but this is possibly One of the worst. The room was as my husband described 'a cell', small square and the most basic I have seen. Carpet was covered in dirty marks and the walls had numerous marks on it. As it was just one night and my husband had arrived and... More

We stayed here overnight as we were attending Grillstock. Usually you can't go far wrong with a Travelodge - cheap, convenient with all the basics you need - NOT THIS ONE! We only wanted somewhere to crash after a night on the town - but I still expect cleanliness. Our bedding had a huge red stain on it, I think... More

Booked this as confident because it was a travel lodeg that we would have no problems. Please don't rely upon the name/branding of a place. Dont expect to get a place in the car park straight away!! we had to to wait until late afternoon before we could get a space. Myself, husband and 1 yr old daughter stayed here for 2... More

first stay in this filthy flea pit of a Travelodge was awful. Dirty, mouldy and dangerous. I was booked in again this year and was really worried but the room was good. Clean ...... in fact sparkling. Clean bedding, safe electrics, clean bathroom and no mould, could have been due to making a complaint on my last stay and letting... More
