A three day break for my daughter.future son in law,my wife and I. from the moment we arrived until we left. All of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The lovely lady cleaning even gave me a tour of the rooms, when she caught me being nosey one morning. This hotel has secure private parking, but it is advisable to check the... More

My partner & I did not book to stay at the hotel on this occassion, we went for dinner in the restaurant only. However, we were so pleased with our visit that writing a review was a must. The whole evening was a very pleasant experience, we were looked after by extremely friendly & competent staff who were most accommodating... More

Booked the Manor House as our Christmas meal was in Keynsham. Decided on the four poster bed room, which was fabulous. the staff were great, very friendly and polite. The room was fantastic as was breakfast. My only disappointment was that no Ghosts Showed them selves. More

Comfortable and well appointed hotel, close to Bristol and Bath without the hustle and bustle of big cities. Good breakfast. No onsite parking, have to rely on Tesco's car park behind the hotel, not really a problem but a bit inconvenient if raining and you have baggage, as was the case when we visited. All in all however, a pleasant... More

We stayed in this hotel in November 2011 as part of our weekend at Bath. We arrived Friday evening and although the hotel was busy with a private party, we were made to feel very welcome and able to eat in the dining room. Breakfast which was included in the package was excellent and catered to all requirements. Throughout our... More

On 22 November, a group of about 20 of us enjoyed a buffet dinner at the Old Manor House to celebrate my birthday! It was a great success, no doubt due partly to the attention to detail given to us beforehand by Denise. The food was outstanding & the staff were not only attentive, but charming as well. Nothing was... More

Had the pleasure of staying at The Old Manor house for 3 days over a weekend recently. We arrived at 10-30 am - well before 2pm check in time - but were shown straight up to our room, this made a big difference when laden down with bags. We also recieved a brief orientation tour of the hotel from the... More

i was travelling from bristol to paris and i found this little hotel in internet....Very nice, nice atmosphere, amazing and cosy pub inside... not so much around in the evening...small room but acceptable for one night. Taxi from the airport takes about 20 minutes or more, from the center about 10 pounds (exactly from the hotel to the theater...)... If... More

We were 3 couples who spent a night away without the kids. The hotel was in easy reach of Bath. Absolutely nothing was to much for the owners and there staff. We ate at the hotel on the saturday night. They also had a private function of 40 people, our meal was no way compromised, the food was superb of... More
