Excellent staff - nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a friendly smile and help taking your bags to your room no matter what hour you arrive. Rooms are spacious with lovely furniture that has a personal touch that is often missing from travel lodges e.g. desks, DVD players, large chests of drawers etc. The food... more

Stayed for one night at my hen weekend. We booked the place only because all the places in Bristol itself were already booked. To get to the city by public transport is quite a hassle, can be a costly one if you use a taxy (17-25 quid per trip). The rooms were not too small, quite well designed if one... more

All of the staff were polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I was shown to my room on arrival which was reasonably spacious, clean with an en suite shower room. Across the road is an excellent pub which has a good range of drinks and snacks. The local taxi "Good connections" gave superb service. Having travelled over 200... more

We had booked a trip from Canada to the UK for a total of 10 days and needed a place around the Bristol area to stay for 2 nights. I stumbled across their website while searching and after watching a lot of UK based travel / home reno shows, this place appealed to me. Finding it the first time was... more

We were greeted by a very friendly lady with a huge smile, who was more than willing to help us in any way possible throughout our stay - lending us a hairdryer and iron, booking us a taxi etc. The mattress was incredibly comfortable - we haven't slept so well in ages! Given how cold the weather was and how... more

A quiet enjoyable stay that was centrally located for the people I had to meet. Time the bus right and getting into Bristol wasn't a problem either. Clean and tidy. Relaxation in the country with two not bad pubs in the immediate vicinity. more

Arrived at the property late on a Sunday evening and was met very quickly and efficiently by Paul. The property is a stunning coach house (hence the name!) in Hambrook and just off the B4058 (Bristol Road), an access route from the A4174 Avon Ring Road.* The building can be found next door to the Hambrook Hotel and shares part... more

Stayed in a double room for three nights last summer and had a delightful experience. Very nice kind-of-country house, neat and comfortable double room with great bathroom. The landlady was very kinf and served a good breakfast. You'd bettere have a car or not be in a hurry, because the bus to the city centre hardly travels every hour. Will... more

I stayed in one of the en-suite twin rooms. Situated to the back of the building they look like they were originally stables. The room was spacious but neglected. Faded wallpaper, large cracks and uninviting carpet. The bathroom was old and patched up. Around 10pm i started to here a clunking noise. The pipes on the radiators cooling down i... more
