8 of us stayed at Little Barn in August last year (2 families - 1 in Little Barn & 1 in Little Barn Loft). We loved our weeks stay there. Tracey & Sean who own the properties were very friendly and helpful with ideas and directions - and even let us take fruit from the garden!! Both properties were very... More

We (my wife, my daughter (8) and I) stayed at the Litte Barn Loft three weeks in June 2010. We are from Australia and chose the place as the base for our UK holiday, from the internet, relying on the information provided on the website and the reviews posted. We thought the location offered a good combination of peace and... More

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at Little Barn, Tracy & Sean were equally as charming making sure we had all out needs. The Little Barn and local village was so delightful and peaceful that all stress and anxieties just fell away, even the garden, but wild, pheasant added to the charm of the property. We do not hesitate... More

We have had the pleasure of staying in the Little Barn loft for 2 nights and it certainly fullfilled all our needs. Modern spacious very clean and comfortable. All mod cons. Substantional bedrooms both with en suite. Private garden with lovely views Little Barn is ideally placed to explore several National Trust sites in the area. Would highly recommend it. More

We stayed with friends, in the first floor loft, which is spacious and newly converted to a very high standard. It is equipped with great thought, with those small, but oh so important details covered. It has that "wow" factor as you walk in and certainly exceeded our expectations in every way and we all loved it. Both bedrooms had... More

We stayed in Little Barn Loft, which is the newly opened upper floor of Little Barn. This is a very modern open plan arrangement, and provided excellent accommodation equipped to a high standard for 2 couples including en suite bathrooms. We were also able to use the most attractive garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful and had an... More

From the moment I spoke to Tracey Reid to book until the moment I handed the keys back to Sean Reid our experience of the Little Barn was perfect. The location is lovely and the surroundings and view are very pretty. The accomodation was excellent and the website does not truly do it justice. Trace and Sean were very attentive... More

We stayed at the Little Barn weekend of 29th October 2005. The accomodation was really first class, owners very helpful with pre visit enquiries promptly & accurately answered. It is really a little gem in Buckinghamshire, but if i could suggest without offending Mrs Reid, perhaps a coffee table in the sitting room, nowhere to put a glass or cup... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this delightful cottage. It is well decorated and well equipped with lots of little extras. The garden is stunning with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The village is small, but there is pub within walking distance and a bus stop which can take you straight into Oxford. More
