Both James and Arden made me feel very welocme at Ardenwood. Even at my late arrival special arrangements were made to enable me access to my room. I had a very pleasant extended stay due to snow! I was looked after having been stranded in a town I didn't know. The room was very comfortable, I was offered DVDs etc.. to lighten my level of boredom. The breakfast was lovely and a kitten to play with as well! more

Ardenwood bed and breakfast with my wife, perfect is all I can say, the rooms, the breakfast, the hosts, the grounds and the proximity to town. If you are looking for a nice clean b&b at reasonable rates, look no further. Its like staying at a friends house. The staff are very friendly. more

This B&B is lovely. We stayed in the attic room which wasn't en suite, but the toilet and shower room were just next door which was clean and just fine. However, the only thing that let our visit down slightly was the welcome we received - it was very poor. Arden (the lady owner) turned up at the front door... more
