We booked this online as it seemed convenient as near the train station. It was a bit of a hike to the centre of town but there is a bus. We had to pay on arrival, we were given our room key and told to put it in a box when we left. The owners seemed friendly enough, but as breakfast isn't included we never saw them again. We were told we had use of a kitchen, but we never ventured in there.
We had booked a double with a shared bathroom. On arrival we were "upgraded" due to other guests changing rooms. We ended up in a room with four beds. The curtains didn't close properly, one of the blinds kept falling off the window and the bed was uncomfortable/sinky in the middle. Everything felt badly maintained. We got up in the morning to find someone else had used the bathroom and put mud all over the shower/bath so we skipped a shower in the morning. The bathroom wasn't cleaned until much later that night so I don't think we used the shower for the 2 nights we were there. I...
