My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Allenbell for a long (ish) weekend in Cambridge. We weren't sure about the non-central location, but actually it worked out really well - 5 minutes from town, and easy to get to from M11. Can't fault the cleanliness of the rooms or the breakfast, which were the best we've had... more
We stayed at the Allenbell because we were attending the Cambridge Folk Festival and the site is just over mile away - walking distance at a stretch.
