Great hotel in Cambridge, my husband and I strayed there and we loved it!! Our room was big and clean,and the bed was extreamly comfortable.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Welcome as warm as a blizzard, just like visiting the inlaws!! Hmmmm, let's see: The staff don't speak English, my room was double booked, they tried to charge me extra to find a replacement room - with no bathroom. My credit card was overcharged - twice, the manageress refuses to refund the overcharging, the guest house is of a generally poor standard within. Avoid if at all possible. more
