forget the idea of proprietors going the extra mile for your comfort, think instead of them going the extra two or three - hundred! even the word proprietors sounds wrong, it would be more apt to say hosts. from the arrangement of special foods for me, to drawing a map to local amenities, to the personalised letter in my room... more
