Girls on reception were lovely and couldn't do enough. There was one girl in the restaurant staff who smiled and was helpful and polite. We had two evening meals and yes they were busy the first night so we didn't mind waiting but when served the lady did not smile once. The next evening we ate in the restaurant I asked what was in a dish and was told "oh I don't know all the other seafood that's on the menu prawns and stuff I think". The food was lovely however bad the service was. At breakfast we had to ask for two highchairs every time even though they knew we were coming and were made to feel that we were causing great effort but the last straw was when Mum asked for butter and the waitress actually rolled her eyes and stormed off to get it!!!! more
