1. Avoid Bowman Lodge like the plague
2. Go to Strathearn B&B instead!
Just make sure to book in advance if possible - you don't wanna be disapointed by their being full which I gather happens quite often! And its no surprise.. Compare it to the run down dinky, mouldy, bit every second by mosquitos or bed bugs Bowman Lodge, and you'll realize the difference..
Strathearn is run by the nicest host I've EVER encountered in the b&b/hotel business.. He's friendly, warm, and adaptable. Not only are they raising children but they keep the b&b SPOTLESS.. its so nice and warm.. a MILLION miles away from the cold dank Bowman Lodge.
You can tell this place is cared for and loved, and things are cleaned PROPERLY unlike bowman lodge (last time i mention it sorry! yes it was that bad)
The only thing that makes me give it a 4 out of 5 instead of 5 is that when I was there the heating cut off, but that only happened because of the boiler flame...
