Stayed here after attending a colleauges wedding. Room was very nice and clean. Was a bit of a problem with the room above ( we were in room 132), as everytime they walked around the room ( which they seemed to do a lot from about 5.30am, actually thought they might have been doing a sponsored walk) the ceiling made... more

From the pleasant arrival reception and during an excellent reunion weekend the hotel staff were superb. Without exception helpful, cheerful and considerate. All of which made our weekend an event to be remembered. I am most grateful for the support and assistance from all the staff and we look forward to returning. more

This hotel is an average hotel, quite far out of Chester. The rooms and facilities were fine but the service was not good. We ate at the hotel in the evening and for breakfast and both times staff did not appear to know what they were doing! Stayed here 3 nights mid week. Had a room with two double beds . On busy A55 but keep windows closed and you wont hear the noise of the traffic.Excellent air conditioning unit in bedroom. Not much more to add to the other reviews. It's a standard Holiday Inn hotel in a motorway (well, A55) service station. We stayed because it was by far the cheapest place to stay on a weekend - we just drove to Chester park and ride to go into town. If I were paying full prices, I would stay somewhere... more
