For the price per room one definitely expects better. Creaky floorboards, poor lighting, very warm rooms (no A/C) and £10 a day for wireless Internet (in the year 2013? Give me a break...) Nice grand piano near reception and the staff try to be friendly. This hotel looks neglected which is a real shame for the location.

Overall the hotel was reasonable,The food was good but at breakfast the cooked meal was brought before we had finished our cereal so it was cold before we got too it, And the female restaurant staff were unpleasant especially one off them but we did not get her name.Leaves a lot to be desired for a four star.
