1. It is not on their website but there is no-one there from 10.30am – 4.00pm 2. I would defiantly recommend the hostel. The owner was extremely accommodating and nothing as too much trouble. The rooms, kitchen and dinning area were all well kept, clean and tidy. Overall a friendly, welcoming, clean hostel with a good location.

Our family of 5 stayed in a 6 bed bunkroom in September 2012. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome and the hostel felt safe and clean. 6-10-12 Excellent welcome to a well above average hostel. Our bags were taken to our room whilst we went out for the day. Mel was very sociable and made us feel very welcome, even joining us in the Cabanna for a chat about what Chester had to offer. 10/10 would come again.
