I really enjoy staying at this hostel. The staff are friendly and kind! The breakfast is quite delicious! The living condition is comfort and clean. More importantly, the location is wonderful. It is both close to the city centre and the train station. I really would like to recommend this hostel to the other travellers!

Stayed here for fri and sat night for my sisters hen party and booked the whole house out for us all. From when we arrived Chris was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely and clean and we had great fun sleeping in bunk beds! Made use of the outdoor area which was great for us... More

1. It is not on their website but there is no-one there from 10.30am – 4.00pm 2. It is not on their sign on the door (which tells you the above) that you can call the booking number to get someone to let you in. I think the first is dishonestly misleading (so you’ll book) and the second deliberately misleading... More

I would defiantly recommend the hostel. The owner was extremely accommodating and nothing as too much trouble. The rooms, kitchen and dinning area were all well kept, clean and tidy. Overall a friendly, welcoming, clean hostel with a good location.

This is a nice hostel, and has a good location (near to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the old town). The rooms were good sized, clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had an en-suite bathrooms that was small, but clean. However, when we arrived, our reservation wasn't on file. This resulted in an... More

Our family of 5 stayed in a 6 bed bunkroom in September 2012. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome and the hostel felt safe and clean. Friendly staffer cooked us breakfast the next morning. Only negatives were the poor wifi - I had to sit on the stairs and use a different wifi to the one... More

6-10-12 Excellent welcome to a well above average hostel. Our bags were taken to our room whilst we went out for the day. Mel was very sociable and made us feel very welcome, even joining us in the Cabanna for a chat about what Chester had to offer. 10/10 would come again.

Stayed here for one night only as I went on a night out in Cheter. Lovely staff (Mel), she coped well with cooking a great breakfast for loads of hungover girls, and was willing to accommodate any requests, which made it feel special. The location is ideal as it's a stone's throw away from the train station and only 15mins... More
