Very friendly staff. More friendly and welcoming than in most holiday inns. No lift to upper floor which makes it a bit difficult when carrying luggage. This hotel doesn't look much from the outside - but don't be put off! When inside the hotel is lovely. Rooms really spacious and good value. We booked in the restaurant for the evening meal and it was excellent. Service was great. A very positive experience all round. More
