The location is good, near Chester and Wrexham. The spa - both ambience and treatment - excellent. The room was unbrearably hot, being above the spa I think; more like an all night sauna. We had a romantic package for a friday and saturday night. On arrival very helpful and smiley reception staff. Room very smart with all you could require. Enjoyed the spa, very good facility. We ate in restaurant one evening. The staff in the restauarant were very attentive and food excellent. All in all this was an excellent hotel. more

Stayed here as part of a spa package for my 30th birthday. The rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming.
