On arriving at this hotel the outside of it isnt very pretty. However, we booked the best room in the place as it was a treat for our anniversary. check in was quick, was in room 537 across the canal , room was well equiped . food in restuarants was good so was the canal restuarant , short walk by canal into town 5mins, bar had a lot of choice at reasonable prices. read reviews dont know what people want for a short break will go to the mill... more

Walked into Chester Tourist Office picked this Hotel out of a list. Excellent value for money, secure parking and great location walking distance to the town centre. Dinner can be followed by dancing in part of the hotel too... Breakfast very good. more
