Pennies guest house is a very clean and very basic house that is shared by the guests; the bathroom is shared as is the kitchen. we booked pennies guest house for the bank holiday weekend. our kids had gone to my parents,,, so we were really looking forward to chilling. we arrived at pennies, 18, queen street , chester and found that no-one was there to let us in. we went and paid £8.00 for parking for 4 hrs... which we were told we would... more
