Very good value B&B. Rooms a little tired, but more than made up for by the welcome and friendly service. Breakfast very good, with all choices catered for. Good location, quiet yet within short walk of city centre. Plenty of choice of pubs and restaurants close by. more

I have to agree with the other comments about receiving a cold welcome. That was then followed up by being advised there was no trace of our booking ! Excellent little hotel about 5 minute walk from train station and 15 minute walk from centre. Clean and tidy, one of the best breakfast ive had for the price.
