A friend and i booked one night on a brief visit up to chester to visit the zoo, but although our stay was short, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel right at home. Our room was lovely and extremely comfortable with everything we could need. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful, even featuring a delicious homemade smoothie to... more

An excellent welcome from Elise and Paul, who invited us into the guest sitting room, where the open fire and flickering candles gave the room a wonderful ambience, making us feel at home straight away. Our room was clean and bright with wonderful views across the Cheshire countryside. With top quality furnishings and bedding, and lots of extra touches (Molton Brown... more

Can't add much more to what others have said. The room was clean and comfortable, Elise and Paul excellent hosts and the breakfast was amazing - I had the Sandhollow egg and didn't eat again until tea time - you have been warned! more

This is a great choice if you are looking for a luxury B&B in reach of Chester. Elise and Paul are perfect hosts - attentive, but not ever-present. Their B&B is well run - clean, plenty of nice touches such as quality linens, soaps and shampoos, chocolates and biscuits in the room, great organic breakfast (with plenty of choice) -... more

The quality of the accommodation in the heart of the Cheshire countryside is outstanding, from the luxury bedlinen and towels, to the little extras of homemade biscuits and chocolates. The... more

Paul & Elise offer that special kind of peace and tranqulity mixed with genuine warmth and friendliness that money can't buy. Accomodation is beautiful and to an extremely high standard. Location is perfect for that quiet break away but close enough to visit the city of Chester and the surrounding areas should you wish. Really does have something for everyone more
