I stayed with Lynn In December 2011 for two weeks. Working away from home in December is never nice, but I was made to feel very welcome, and Lynn could not do enough for me, making the two weeks fly buy despite the horrible wet windy weather that persisted the whole time of my stay.. Breakfasts were great, & whilst... More

We stayed at Heritage House in Falmouth for two nights while visiting family. The lady who owns the B&B is very friendly and welcome, and you feel like nothing you asked for would be too much trouble. The whole B&B is nicely decorated and clean, and the breakfast was of a very high standard. There's plenty of information about the... More

We were a last minute booking and were lucky enough to stumble on Heritage House. We were made to feel instantly welcome and the breakfast was great. Our room was lovely. Our son is student who lives nearby and he was offered breakfast as well. Don't be concerned about the nearness of the road, we slept very well and heard... More

Stayed there for two nights and was very impressed. The property is extremely clean and its decoration gives out a warm feeling.Lynn was very friendly and welcoming providing a feast of a breakfast each morning, even with home-baked bread! The area is quiet and a stone-throw to the waterfront, although coming back the stone has a little more trouble reaching... More

My friend booked for the pair of us to stay for two nights during the Oyster festival weekend this year. From the moment we walked through the door Lynn was extremely friendly and helpful. When shown the rooms we were very impressed with how clean the place was and how welcoming we were made to feel. The beds were comfortable... More

My wife and I were about to give up knocking on B&B's doors when it was suggested to us by our daughter to try Heritage House. First impressions of any place is the helpfulness of the landlady and I can honestly say that Lynn made us so welcome from the time we got there till the time we left the... More

We have stayed at Heritage House since picking it at random from a list of hotels and B & B's when our son went for an interview at Falmouth University. Nine years later our son has made Falmouth his home so we continue to visit him a couple of times a year. We would not dream of staying anywhere else... More

Clean and comfortable in a residential area of Falmouth. Lynne is a fantastic landlady, very friendly and welcoming. Street parking may put some people off. More
