I have stayed here many times and have always found the experience second to none. From the warm welcome from Lynn, to the mouthwatering breakfast with freshly baked bread and the delightfully comfortable bedrooms you just can't beat it. I stayed in this guest house during the summer. The positives are that Lynn is extremely helpful and will go out of her way to help you. The sheets smelt lovely and clean and the breakfast was nice. I much appreciate the positive comments from these guests, but would like to respond to the negative comments made. This lady and gentleman stayed with us for 2 nights back in June. There are 2 'flights' of stairs from the room they had to the bathroom - a total of 6 stairs altogether! Being in the town of Falmouth, naturally...

We chose Heritage house on the basis of the reviews here and were not disappointed. Like Malarky, I stayed at Heritage House, with my daughter, so that we could visit Falmouth University open day. We booked ‘Heritage house’ on the back of comments on Triadvisor and we were not disappointed. We stayed one night with our daughter so we could attend the Tremough University Campus at Penryn the following day. On arrival we were greeted by Lynn our host and now ‘friend’. Lynne was very friendly and accomodating, even offering to rustle us up some food at 11pm! We escaped with our prize hoard of complimentry biscuits! Had a very enjoyable stay, well located near to both town centre and beaches, highly recommend both Falmouth and Heritage House. more

Lynn was an excellent hostess. Nothing was too much trouble for her at breakfast time and the bedroom was cleaned every day.. She was also very willing to help us with our tourist plans if requested. more
