Travelled to Falmouth to see daughters show at tremough campus & bring her home. Chose b&b on late rooms because had family room & 1.5 miles from tremough. Owners Heidi & Paul really helpful & friendly. Family room good size comfortable & clean. Decor quirky . Breakfast amazing & cooked to order. Really enjoyed it. Would defiantly stay again.

We stayed at the Observatory Guest House in Falmouth, it was easy to find and the owner was very friendly, he suggested some good restaurants to try in the town and breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only downside was our ground floor room was damp and smelled of damp as soon as you walked into the room.

My girlfriend's sister has just started at the University and we needed somewhere to stay in town. The B&B is a 10 minute walk from Falmouth town centre and a short drive to Penryn (where the halls of residence are). Paul and Heidi were fantastic hosts, greeting us when we arrived and showing us a map of the area. The... More

We stayed here for a long weekend. Paul and Heidi, the owners, are very friendly, full of local knowledge and very helpful. My only gripe is the parking is a bit tight if the other guests have big cars - we took a fiesta! The location is good, close to the town centre but away from the noise yet on... More

We stayed here in June with our 2 small children (aged 2 and a baby aged 10 weeks). We stayed in room 3, the family room. The smell of damp was overpowering and there were many other things wrong with the room: The curtains were smelly and there was a damp patch above the bed. The bedding smelled clean but... More

The B&B is conveniently close to Penmere train station. It's a 10 minute walk to either the beach or the High Street/Port. I'm a fast walker though. The people who run the B&B are so friendly and that really made our stay. The room was a little overcrowded with furniture with a double and a single bed - a simple... More

Recommended by people we met in London, Heidi and Paul were very welcoming and friendly, living up to their reputation. Off street parking is available, only 5 mins drive into town centre. Breakfast very good, a huge choice of freshly cooked foods including kippers. A cosy breakfast room, talking to other resident travellers. Our room was adequate, clean, tidy, and... More

Booked a short motorcycling break at the last minute and loved the place. Greeted on arrival by the lady of the house and given priority parking space for the bike. Room clean and very comfortable ( albeit a bit tight with the extra bed in the room). Superb choice of breakfasts, all freshly cooked to order. A good allround B&B... More
