The Good - Fantstic location, lovely gardens and views, comfortable room the Bad - room wasn't ready at stated check in time (300 mile journey with young kids) had to wait 45 mins, this is £170 a night we're talking here, only one single bed in the 'twin room' for our children, they had to move furniture around to accomodate... more
