The location was excellent - less than a mile to Falmouth town centre and 200 metres to the beach - and the welcome from Ruth warm, friendly and professional. We were made to feel welcome for the 4 nights we stayed and would thoroughly recommend this B&B to others.

We spent 2 nights here taking 2 rooms and were delighted with the accommodation. The decor was lovely and very appropriately beachy for the location, which was very close to a great beach. Great quality breakfast. I suppose a bath would have been nice but I'm not complaining as the shower was excellent. Very comfy bed and we thought it... More

We had a lovely 4 night stay at this lovely B+B. Ruth was such a lovely hostess and did her utmost to make us feel at home. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing. We shall return!

I booked this B&B based on some good reviews seen on Trip Advisor. But having stayed there for 3 nights, our room “Scallop” although reasonably spacious had poor storage space for clothing, it only had a small wardrobe and no chest of drawers. The bathroom was modern and quite new but it did lack shelve space near to the sink... More

A welcoming host, a very comfortable room, a great location and a really tasty breakfast. Recently stayed for 5 nights over the Jubilee weekend and it was a real bonus to have this B&B to have as our base. It's only 10 minutes into the town centre, but has the peaceful side of Gylly Beach a stone's throw away and... More

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the beach. High standard of maintenance and cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious and Ruth's hospitality and friendliness was faultless. The only thing below perfection was the weather!

Very nice B&B decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We had "Mussel" room which had a good view of the sea. Great location for walks along the beach or coast path. Breakfast was very good and very nicely presented. Would have liked Wifi as mobile coverage very poor in Falmouth but thats a minor detail.

Had three enjoyable days and nights. We stayed in the Scallop room which was bright, had a modern feel to it and was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the house. Only downside of room was the double bed which was two singles joined together, slightly uncomfortable if you want to get close in the night! if not, you... More

Even in the rain the view was great especially at breakfast. We stayed in Scallop - I think I said 'wow' when we walked into the room. Huge room, huge comfy bed, huge shower room, huge soft towels and fresh milk for your cup of tea and the chocolates mmm... Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious (apart from the coffee... This B&B is glorious. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, the breakfast was five star, and the views are stunning. Just a stone's throw from Gyllynvase beach (which you can see can gaze at from the bay window in the dining room whilst feasting on fresh melon and a full English) this place is really very special. The shower pressure could be... More
