A wonderful location with a lovely contempory look, but with a warm and homely atmosphere. The owner Ruth was very friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed our chats about the history of the house and sharing our home interiors tips! Breakfast was delicious and Ruth was accomodating with our early departure time. The only tiny fault would be the less... more

A first class B&B in a pleasant residential position, the Beach House appears to naturally attract a more mature and genteel cliental and this, along with it’s incapacity to cater for children, suited us ideally. The house exhibits a refined but warm and tranquil coastal feel and provides a perfect canvas for the proprietor’s obvious artistic flare. This flare has... more

Beautiful House in a very nice area of Falmouth. Great beach Bar/Restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Only a 20 min walk into town. We stayed here for a weekend mini break and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ruth the owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are contempory, comfy and clean and ours had an amazing sea view. Would not hesitate... more

This spacious bed and breakfast provides a distressed wooden feel with beach artefacts scattered tastefully everywhere. Such a comfortable classy place - table settings for breakfast is unfussy and clean. Food is really good. The owner has a lovely garden with chairs to sit out on and tennis rackets to borrow which suits us as we like our tennis across... more

By far our best B&B experience in Falmouth - a very attractive and tastefully decorated property, friendly service and good breakfast. However a couple of points - the shower in Limpet was seriously in need of some water pressure and there was no sign of the advertised wifi. Whilst The Beach House is a stone's throw from Gylly beach, the... more

This place should be featured on the pages of Coast Magazine. Beautiful interiors with lots of artistic touches, perfect location with wonderful views from the dining room. The breakfast presentation equals the style of the property with great attention to detail all matched with excellant customer service and a welcoming host. What more can I say. Five star in everyway! more

We have just returned from a trip to the south coast and had two nights at the Beach House in Falmouth. Location is fantastic, easy to find with unrestricted parking on the street, views of the sea and across to Pendennis Castle. Beach House certainly lives up to it's name, with the washed out wood and little touches of shells,... more

Spacious room attractively decorated in sea decor with a side window view of the lovely garden and the sea. Owner, Ruth, was friendly and helpful. The quiet location near bus stop is great for those without a car and nearby Flying Fish restaurant can be highly recommended. Water pressure in bath was very low & there was a disagreeable chemical... more

The Beach House in Falmouth is without a doubt the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The room we had was spacious with a massive bed, crisp linen and tastefully decorated in a modern "sea-scape" style and the bathroom was just as large, with a walk in shower and plenty of space. Having taken my degree in Falmouth for... more
