The location is perfect in the heart of Looe but peaceful and next to the beach. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is the best we have had. Myself and 3 friends stayed mid week at the SeaBreeze and enjoyed a wonderful two days. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the guesthouse is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the local night spot, and very close to the high street shops. Wonderful location. It is a really nice guest house near the beach and to the centre. The "private" parking place is near to the sea breeze and we were very pleased to book it.
