We stayed in the beautiful Pengelly room for one precious night away on our own. Everything was perfect. A beautiful spotlessly clean room, extremely comfortable bed, lovely bedding (always important!) and a fantastic view over the river. The breakfast was delicious and served in a friendly atmosphere. Just returned from a 3 night for the price of 2 stay at Anchor Lights. Accommodation was tasteful and very comfortable. Hosts were a delightful couple. Breakfasts were divine - especially the smoked haddock. More

As generally nervous B&B guests we loved the relaxing, clean, friendly experience created by Jocelyn & Derek. It's a perfect setting and the Pengelly room has a stunning view of the estuary and port. we were 5 days in LOOE, we were lucky with the weather, and even LUCKIER staying at ANCHOR LIGHTS.....we chose our room on-line...which came up and beyond our expectations, and all the extras in the bathroom, plus towelled dressing gowns were the equivalent of a 5-star hotel.....and the hosts treated us like friends they were looking forward to seeing..... breakfast...
