We had a 4 night stay. The welcome from Sam and staff was so friendly, you are made to feel so very welcome. Clean comfortable rooms, coupled with a great breakfast in the morning. Bridgeside is so well positioned in the small port, with a short walk you are in the centre of Looe. We will be back.

Stayed in Bridge side for one night Saturday 4th may. When we arrived we were welcomed with a brilliant atmosphere and welcoming host (Sammy), he made us tea and biscuits while we waited for the room to be ready and told us to make ourselves at home. Our room was at the front of the house with brilliant views of... More

I was passed on to this B&B by my first choice who insisted on a minimum three day booking, I was glad I came here, and it was cheaper! The owner is the most enthusiastic I have ever come across, I'm sure nothing would be too much trouble. The room I had was spotless and overlooked the river, breakfast was... More

We stayed here in February 2013 for 2 nights but wish it had been for longer. We were welcomed as friends not guests. Breakfast was excellent and the view from our room of the harbour was magnificent. Sammy was a great host. Have put my rating as excellent but it should be higher.

I took the kids here at the end of last summer. It was great. The owner was hard-working, polite and very friendly. Our room was immaculate - a double and a single - and such a reasonable price. It was a central location with a lovely modest terrace overlooking the water, and we were allowed to bring take-away there (to... More

The Bridgeside is located by the bridge (hence the name) perfectly located for the town and the car park. We were welcomed by Sammy the owner and shown to our rooms, they were very clean, spacious and the view over the harbor was to die for, while we were unpacking Sammy returned with a tray with tea and biscuits a... The welcome you receive is econd too none. The guest house is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great breakfast, The location i second to none, great views over the harbour so you can wander into the town and browse, have a meal. It is not 5 tar but you would not expect it at that price. We had a great stay.

I booked my one night stay on the strength of the reviews and was right to have done so. I was upgraded to a lovely double room at the top of the house which overlooked the river and the bridge. The en-suite room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could need supplied. Breakfast was first class and was... More

Visited the guest house with my boyfriend last week. Amazing service - so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and so filling and we really enjoyed eating in the dining room with the view. Our room had a gorgeous view of the water and town, and the location of the guest house itself was perfect - right in town... More
