Everything was top class, especially the food! The staff were very friendly, they so obviously enjoyed working at this beautiful place. Excellent customer service from arrival to departure and very nice public areas. Lovely views from room but felt room was very overpriced for what it was (but perhaps you are paying for public areas as well as these are lovely).
