Great location and friendly owners. The owners were very accomodating for our parties needs (changing the dining room around to cater for us all to be seated together). We was in the room "out the back" which was small but very comfortable and was decorated to a high standard. Lovely breakfast. For a cheap break away I would definately recommend... more

We (myself and wife, both early 30's) have just got back from a three night stay at the Holmwood. Where do I start? The owners are very friendly, the rates very good, the rooms very clean and breakfast is great! The guest house is easy to find and has off road safe parking at the rear for four cars. Dave... more

Stayed here for three nights over the May Day Bank holiday weekend. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated whilst the ensuite bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was fab - full works everday - cereal, toast, juices and full English Breakfast - good job they don't weigh you at the Airport on the way back. Ha ha. The hosts... more

After having searched many other B&Bs in Newquay -all of them were full- we finally booked with Holmwood Guest House. We did not expect much from it and were rather pleasantly surprised because of the good standing of the place. Our room was very small (twin room on last floor), but as we only stayed one night, it was fine.... more
