This is a fantastic hotel!! My girlfriends and I stayed here at the beginning of September 2006 as we galavanted around England on our own and we have to say that this was one of our better hotel experiences, especially for the price range! Which was an incredibly nice surprise! Unlike our other hotels, our room was incredibly spacious and nicely decorated with a North-American sized bathroom and shower area (which was also fantastic considering most places in Europe seem to be more like closets! :P) When we arrived we were greeted personally by the owner who was incredibly helpful and kind! She was even so wonderful as to help us plan our day and advise us on the bus routes and times to get to Land's End (About 10miles west of Penzance and a gorgeous place if you have the chance to go. Bus ride there is also very scenic). There are several bus stops all along the street and are within only a few minutes walking distance (the closest being about 3 minutes away).
