Absolutely disgraceful!!!! I am disabled and suffer from terible back pain and during my stay at this dirty, unfriendly, rude, disgusting hotel they made me sleep in a broken bed!! I approched the receptionists about this situation and she made me feel vunlerable and unimportant. Do not stay here. more

We found the Esplanade to be a great hotel. Our rooms were large by uk/european standards. Very Clean but only 7 tv channels.
