I have stayed at this hotel with friends and also my girlfriend over the last 2 years, the rooms are in need of attention but the staff made the difference as they were really nice and went out of their way to help but that is not the case anymore!!!! This Hotel Was off average standard, the loctaion was not in centre of Newquay but it was only about 10 mintue walk to it. The rooms are standard for the rating of Hotel. the views are quite nice from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. yes would recommend this hotel to others. more

Rooms dirty & tired looking. Both rooms (we had 2x twin rooms) poorly maintained. As for the en-suite bathrooms... well, let's just say I was too scared to use the bath & shower, so I didn't.
