The Three Tee's is owned and excellently run by Greg and Fiona. On arrival we were shown to our room the "Towan Beach". A lovely clean en suite room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. The dining room, lounge and bar areas are spacious and clean. The bar is a great place for... more

We stayed for a week at the beginning of August, it was in the perfect location for what we needed, 10 mins from the center of town and 5 mins to the beach. Greg and Fiona were friendly, helpful and welcoming, couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was spot on! as much as we needed, cooked as requested, plenty of choice.... more

The Three Tees Hotel is a lovely little B&B on the outskirts of Newquay. We opted for a holiday in the UK this year so that we could take the dog and considered renting an appartment but decided to go for a dog friendly B&B. Greg and Fiona were both very helpful with their local knowledge and especially where to... more

We stayed in the annex, which consisted of a double room for us and an adjoining room for 1 child., with an ensuite shower room/toilet. The beds were nicely comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Perhaps the only downside was that there were only 2 chairs available, but as it was small I don't think a third would... more

I have stayed at the 3 tees hotel a few times, both with my wife and two young sons and with friends surfing (trying to) or walking the South West Coast path which is only a few minutes walk away. The hotel is always welcoming with its own bar if your too tired for the Newquay nightlife, the owners easy... more

A misunderstanding over leaving times the next morning led to my husband and i having all our possessions (eg personal items of makeup, toiletries, clothes etc which had been left on dresser or around room while we got ready ) were packed into our three bags by the owners while we were out using a master key - along with my... more

Whilst we are always concerned when guests are not totally happy with the service received, we are somewhat bemused by the reaction of this customer. On arrival the guest informed us of her interview the following day. We spent some considerable time showing her the best routes to her interview, predicted travel time, and other pertinent information. She then told...

Very pleasant owners. They could not do enough for you if you needed something. The place was clean and the rooms were comfortable. It was located on a quiet street and the only thing you could hear in the morning was the sound of birds. The location was a short walk to the center of town and located down the... more

We visited the Three Tees Hotel over the recent Easter weekend, having found it available just the week earlier on a last-minute accommodation website. We were travelling as a party of 3 adults & a 4 month old boxer pup, so were a little nervous about finding suitable accom that would provide enough privacy for the adults & enough freedom... more
