Wow! Just WOW, and thank you to all at the Glendorgal. We couldn’t have asked for more from a reception venue. So patient, helpful and full of suggestions as we planned the event – but always relaxed and making sure it was going to be “our day”. Then on the day I think the best word to describe the team... more

Stayed here for one night on business and will be coming back. Location is just on the edge of Newquay, on its own private headland, so couldn't be more peacful or relaxed. Has it's own path down to the beach (Porth beach) so I took a walk on the beach and the surfing looked great (I don't take my surfboard... more

We stayed in room 19- Seagulls - and it was a lovely, airy, spacious room with great views! The room had a comfy bed and a modern bathroom - very clean! We chose this hotel mainly for the leisure facilities and we weren't disappointed. The gym had an excellent range of equipment, the pool was a decent size and the... more

Everything about this hotel was first class. The room was modern, clean and large. The service was stellar. The food was delicious and the area with the beaches and rugged coast was gorgeous. more

I stay here regularly throughout the year abd I have to say that this is one of the most idyllic places I have ever stayed. The views over the small bay are stunning no matter what the weather. The food is also incredible. Great choice, no wonder Jamie wotsit has a restaurant nearby. The rooms are a lovely size with... more

We stayed at the hotel rather than going home for the night after celebrating the wife's birthday. The entire event was organized for us by the events manager and could not have been nicer or easier to deal with on the day. We had a party of almost 60 of us with a disco and buffet and the atmospher, the... more

After days spent being battered by the Atlantic ocean (good surf beach 5 mins walk away) was lovely to return to hot showers, jacuzzi, steam room and excellent food in the Brassarie. We were given free coffee on arrival when we could not check in until later that day & all the staff were friendly & helpful. Perfect location away... more

We spend 2 nights at Glendorgal a few days after our wedding as a mini-moon before going on our proper honeymoon a few weeks later. We arrived early, and were told the rooms were not ready so decided to explore the area. When we did check in the staff were friendly and professional and the room was spotless. Had orginally... more

We stayed at this hotel in early January, in a classic double, and one single room. We searched the internet for the cheapest prices after looking on the hotels website, and the hotel honoured our cheapest price (£63 for double £40 single). Their website quoted £100 double £55 single. The double room was comfortable and very warm (too warm in... more

My wife was in town on business, and because it was her birthday, I drove down to join her for a celebratory meal, and stayed overnight. It was well worth the trip. The room was excellent, clean and fresh. The view from the room was delightful since it was bitterly cold but bright and sunny ouside. Our meal was excellent... more
