Staff and service all very good from the moment we arrived. We chose a room with a sea view well worth the extra. The fitness centre and spa facilities were fab, good after a days surfing. We did the spa sunday night package which was certainly value for money and well worth the stay. The hotel provided a good menu for dinner and the whole hotel was lovely and clean and peaceful. We got this stay on offer at a reduced rate , but were thoroughly pleased with what we got. Having asked for a sea view but not a balcony, we thought the view would be minimal, but the room was excellent, very spacious and an excellent view of fistral beach, It was extremely clean with rooms being cleaned every day.... more

I was pleased to find room rates and availability easy to find on the website. However, when trying to make a booking, the price came up as N/A and despite statements to the contrary, the booking system didn't appear to be secure (no padlock symbol in browser).
