We stayed in this hotel as a group of a mid 20's couple and late 20's couple.
This hotel was chosen for it's location and cheap rate from the internet.
We arrived to find it also seemed to house long term residents and and was hosting a convention of elderly people that weekend.
The staff and the residents were all quite nice and there were no problems with the stay.
Breakfast was included, standard full English and a bit of fun dining with the resident lol.
The rooms were very basic but clean. Could do with updating but not much to complain about.
The hotel was within walking distance to the dining and nightlife area and offered a secure parking space for the car, on request.
We had 2 rooms, one had a shower and the other only a bath which was not optimal. Admittedly we did not ask for another room to alter this.
we did enjoy having a couple of drinks in the funky old bar with dancefloor before heading out.
