First impressions count and we were blown away with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. We arrived early but were shown to our room on the third floor with fabulous views of the sea and coast - it was certainly an "oooh" moment. Good - The hotel situated right on access to beach, but not good for less active as lots of steep steps to climb. Hotel ok for older kids with games room and pool. I stayed here during the bank holiday weekend (27th-29th Aug), so it was a very busy period in Newquay. The hotel staff were very approachable and attentive, particularly the restaurant staff.
