To say parking is available is being economical with the reality. There are three rooms and if three couples had cars two couples would miss out. Boase Street is narrow as are the majority of streets in Newlyn. Navigating them is not for the faint hearted driver. Unfortunately the lower entrance was blocked when we visited and access was only possible from the upper end of the two way street. My car is 198 cm wide from outside mirror to nearside mirror and the street is I would say 210 cm at its narrowest and it doesn't widen much at all. And all this on about a 20% incline.
One bathroom between six when full is somewhat inadequate. Fortunately it was not full on our first night.
The breakfast did live up to its promotional blurb and was good.
We had paid for one night on Booking but were asked to pay for the second night as soon as we arrived !! Dressing Gowns were available for hire at a cost of £25 each. more
