We stayed one night in Higher Faughan. The room was large and clean and the setting was very peaceful. It is handy to Penzance and Mousehole - the latter is a must see. We were a little surprised that the "breakfast" part of the bed and breakfast consisted of some cold food provided in the room for us to prepare.... more
Having had no satisfactory answers from this guest to explain the unwarrented comments left in this review we can only refer to other reviews which are more in keeping with guest high satisfaction which we strive to acheive.
We have been moved in this hotel by Expedia as our reservation in another hotel had been cancelled, so I don't know the price of this B&B (better call it "guest house"). The Higher Faugan Parc is the best choice for everyone who wants to spend a nice weekend in Penzance: our room was huge and they provide you everything... more
Stayed for two nights in middle term.Were left with the best impression of the house and the owners who were always welcoming and discreet. Everything was taken care to very last detail.Tasteful furniture and breaksfast set up in room make you feel like home.Refurbrishment has taken place giving an essence of contemporary and modern. we had a really relaxing night here. the hotel has been refurbished to a high standard with a modern style. We stayed in one of the suites with our son, the continental breakfast was excellent and already setup in the kitchen area which ment we could have a lazy breakfast in bed on sunday morning. I think this setup works... more
