Excellent small hotel, good location for bus and train stations and town, lovely fresh fruit and rolls at breakfast, no cooked breakfast on offer but continental breakfast was plentiful. Owners very friendly and had plenty of local knowledge. Rooms spotless, lovely bed linen and fluffy towels, excellent value.

Stayed here in June 2012. The room was great! Big wooden four poster bed with curtains and a bright spacious room with bay window. Very comfortable nights sleep. Service was friendly and helpful. Location, just down the road from the seafront and Morrab Gardens, which made for a nice walk into town.
