Great location with a wonderful view. Nice clean and firm beds, decent-sized rooms for a B&B place. The English breakfast was by far the best we had across London, southern England and Cornwall. My family stayed here the night before catching the ferry to the Islesof Scilly and the night after we returned to Penzance. Ideally located for the ferry - Jane very kindly gave us a lift to the terminal and picked us up on our return. Exceptional service, quite apart from this being a very comfortable hotel. more
