To be honest, I struggle to understand where "Barneydog's" whinge is coming from. The Claremont makes no pretensions to be a 5 star establishment. The accommodation at the Claremont is really homely with very pleasant staff. The serving period for breakfast is short but the standard of food was high throughout our seven night stay.
