Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Cornwall and surrounding area. Room was fantastic and clean and had great views across st ives harbour and beach. Breakfast was excellent and plentyful. Only had 1 parking space for 2 rooms, so this was a problem on main road, although I think the owner will allow use of his garage for the other room visitors. Conservatory could be used to sit in and take in the fantastic views, although you could get just as much views from your main front room. Patio area at back to sit in if you wished. Location is a bit out, and is a taxi ride away from st ives town centre, although if you like uphill walks then this could be walked in 30mins. Close to railway station - owner will pick you up if you have no transport. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. The accomodation is owned by the lady of the house, and 'Yogi' has to do as he is told and has to obey her every wish.... funny to watch them perform, esp in the kitchen and at breakfast time.
