From the moment we walked in we were met by the most competent, polite, efficient staff. The room, considering the hotel is undergoing major refurbishment, was superb. I was fortunate, I had a wonderful sea view room. Fantastic location, the town is just down the road, the beach and gardens are a pleasant walk downhill. Nearby you can get the train to Penzance.
