Offering some of the best sea and harbour views in St Ives Cornwall. Rates include a varied cornish breakfast including traditional Cornish Hogs Pudding. 2 minutes from train/bus station. Only minutes walk from town and all. Parking available subject to availability. Our emphasis is on a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Our home is your home. Please don't put a high expectation on us after reading reviews from very kind people as we are only a guest house and do our best to make people welcome for example we have a seating area outside with flower tubs but is by no means a reacreation of the hanging gardens of Babylon...Best wishes to all Howie and Andy. more » « less

Just spent four nights at the White Waves and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was like staying at a friends house and we were made to feel at home as soon as we walked through the door. Everwhere is spotless and as previous reviewers have said nothing was too much trouble for Howie and we were ruined. Warm and cosy, yummy... more

My friend and I recently stayed White Waves for 2 nights as a break during a week-long walking holiday on the coastal path. We arrived tired after a long day's walking and were made to feel at home straight away by Howie. Our stay there provided us with the relaxing, comfortable stay we were looking for - and the central... more

If you are searching the Internet for a B&B in St Ives we would strongly suggest that you stop right now and book at 'White Waves' Quite simply it is one of the best B& B's that we have come across. Beautiful rooms, stunning views and near to the Town Centre. You are made to feel at home from the... more

White Waves made our recent trip to St. Ives. My boyfriend and I were looking for a romantic, peaceful weekend away from London eating pasties and walking on the seashore. We'd never been to St Ives and loved it, but without a comfortable, charming, welcoming place to stay I'm sure things would have been different. Our room had a scrumptious... more

My husband and I returned a few days ago from our first visit to Cornwall for many years but we aim to go back sooner rather than later. This is thanks mainly to the wonderfully warm welcome we received from Howie on our arrival. He made our stay with him so relaxed and it seemed that nothing would be too... more

We spent a few very relaxing days in White Waves and agreed that it was one of the friendliest and most comfortable b & bs that we have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the breakfasts set you up for the day! Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Howie and Andy and you are made... more

Just returned from two nights at White Waves Guest House and was very sad to leave. We were made very welcome by Howie and Andy, the room was immaculate and with great views of St Ives. The breakfasts are delicious with plenty of choice. Highly recommend it and will certainly be going back hopefully in the not too distant future.... more

After reading the reviews on trip advisor - i wanted to stay at White Waves and emailed them, after a few lovely informative mails back and forth we arrived Sunday lunchtime after a 4 hour drive - so were very ready for the warm welcome from Howie - instantly put us at ease, offered up a lovely cuppa & biccies... more

The most peaceful, cosy, tidy, warm, relaxing, clean and wonderful bed and breakfast ever. I had a warm welcome and the owners are just so warm and friendly and interested in providing you with an excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day (hours and hours of walking), the room was just right, the view... more
