Our room was compact but everything was modern but also homely throughout. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed at The Nook for 3 days in May 2008 and would highly recommend it! The room was compact but pefectly formed. The breakfasts were fab! The hosts were very helpful and friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. All the main beaches in St. Ives can be easily reached by foot within 10 minutes.... more

We stayed in the 2 single rooms at The Nook. Booked for 3 nights ended up staying 4 due to fab weather and fab hotel/B+B. Lovely 10/15 minute walk into St Ives centre. i stayed for 3 nights and was really pleased with my stay. i went by myself and although the room was small it certainly was adequate. nicely decorated , the bed was a tad soft for my taste - butcertainly not uncomfy. i chose it specifically from the website - which was a nice touch! very clean and a sweet... more

Contemporary, clean, comfy and welcoming.....this sums up this lovely small hotel. Booking was easy especially as you can view their rooms on their website and choose which one you would like to stay in. we chose room 4, decorated in chocolate brown and neutral colours with a recently refurbished en suite bathroom....both fantastic. only down side is we are used... more
